企业采用猎头招聘时，对猎头公司期望太高，加大了对人才的期望，而薪酬等却难与职位相匹配。一般猎头公司专注行业分散，猎头顾问专业性不强导致甄别候选人时存在误差，靠数量上来弥补无疑增加了搜寻成本，最后可能因为时间太长丧失机会。
